How It Works

To get started, we require a $25 non-refundable application fee. This fee helps us ensure that we can focus on serious inquiries and dedicate our resources to crafting a training plan that's just right for you.

Our comprehensive application helps us understand your unique situation and how a service dog can best support you. Here’s what we’ll ask:

• Daily Life Impact: How do your symptoms affect your ability to perform daily tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and waking up in the morning?

• Limiting Symptoms: What are the most limiting symptoms you experience, and how often do they occur?

• Personal History: Have you had any traumatic experiences or difficult relationships that might influence your ability to bond with a service dog?

• Meeting Preferences: Do you prefer to conduct training sessions in person or virtually?

• Service Dog Tasks: What specific tasks or assistance would you like your service dog to provide?

• Lifestyle: What does a typical day look like for you? How might your daily routine and environment impact your training needs?

• Behavioral Challenges: Are there any specific behaviors or triggers that your service dog needs to be aware of?

• Support Needs: How do you envision your service dog helping you in social situations, at home, or during travel?

• Current Coping Strategies: What strategies or tools are you currently using to manage your symptoms, and how might a service dog enhance or complement these strategies?
